Sub-group: Mushroom Farms
Button Mushroom or Champignon Mushroom is a temperate mushroom species which previously had to be imported from abroad. At present, however, Thailand is able to commercially produce it for domestic consumption and export. The Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives has issued the agricultural commodity standard on button mushroom as a guideline for product quality and food safety, as well as for use as a reference in both domestic and international trade.
